  • What is their Goal?

    So you will already know what their problem or goal is that they are wanting to achieve with the oils they have purchased

    Educate them on the products they have and recommend more that will help them move forward to reach their goal

    Remind them of their end goal and why they bought these beautiful oils

    Make them excited about when they reach their goal or solve their problem - visualise the future

    Keep them accountable - text, email, to check up on how they are doing

    Provide them with information to support their goal - videos, tools, podcasts

    Let them know you are here to help and support them all the way to their goal and beyond!

    Cheer them on! Celebrate their wins!

  • Customer Quick Win

    Focus on the 1st Step - maybe just opening their oils and reading your emails is enough of a 1st Step! - Congratulate them!

    Create a series of small steps

    Create a routine (Wellness Cons) with the oils products they have bought for them to follow - allow them to take small steps towards their goals

    Keep up momentum and excitement - get results

    Give recognition as they complete the steps - keep very simple small goals ie drink more water everyday

    Ask them to check in with you and tell you about how they are getting on

    Let hem know you are there for them

    Creating an email or video series to give daily small steps to feel good

  • Wellness Consultation & Follow Ups

    Make sure you have them booked in for their wellness consultation/lifestyle overview with in 10 days of them buying their oils

    Person to person is amazing but Zoom Facetime or a call can work too!

    Book in your diary when you said you would contact them and then every week to check in with them on there progress and celebrate their wins

Great things never happen when we are in our comfort zone!
