In each retreat we will explore the gifts and lessons offered to us by that season, discover and embrace the energy it provides and find inspiration in each season’s beauty.

A day to reset your energy, reconnect with yourself & move forward with clarity.

Spring Retreat - Awakening Energy & Possibility

After the quieter months of winter, this retreat is designed to help you gently reconnect with your energy, your motivation and what matters most to you.

Together we will explore:

• Reconnecting with your inner energy and vitality
• Creating space for what you want to grow this year
• Reconnecting with joy, beauty and possibility
• Taking simple steps forward with confidence

This is for you if:

• you feel ready to pause and reflect on where you are in life
• want to reconnect with your energy and motivation
• enjoy thoughtful conversation and supportive community
• are interested in personal development in a relaxed and practical way
• would like a day away from everyday demands to focus on yourself

What to expect on the day

  • Let us welcome you into the beautiful tranquil space that is The Alive Wellness Centre. Settle in with a warming drink whilst we get to know each other and meet the other guests.

  • This session focuses on energy and aliveness. Where does your energy live?

    Meditation

    • Breath

    • Body awareness

    • Essential oils

  • Learn to trust self and inner wisdom, feel into what energy you have available to you in any given moment.

    From this place of energy now, imagine what helps when you feel your energy dipping.

  • Enjoy a tea

  • Batching for energy matching, energy leaks, cycles, seasons, habits, routines that support you.

    Permission to pause, nourish, hide away and replenish.

  • Fuel your mind, body and soul with a delicious, nutritious home-made lunch, alongside some time to let your learnings and shifts from the morning settle.

  • We bring everything we’ve learnt and experienced throughout the day together - reflecting on our learnings from the day, capturing our insights, and celebrating all that we’ve achieved and all that you are.

    A beautiful time to talk, share and listening.
