Morning Lemon in your water

Each morning have a drop of lemon in your water - cleansing, refreshing, energising!
Balance under soles of feet & wrists & inhale

Balance is a blend of woody oils, very grounding, takes you out of over thinking, patience, inner strength! Under soles of feet and wrist in morning & any time of the day to reset!
Wild Orange Breathes

Put one drop of wild orange in palms of your hands, rub hands together and cup over your nose, inhale and exhale deeply for 3 - 4 breathes & smile. Opens the heart, playful, uplifting, joyful!
Evening Serenity soles feet to sleep
