A bit about me and why I have created Reset & Rise
Hi I am Sarah,
the owner of Alive Wellness Centre. I’ve been supporting women in health and wellness for over 30 years. My passion is helping women reconnect with themselves, find their confidence, and create a life they love.
I offer Workshops, Day Retreats, Reset & Rise this women’s self-growth membership, alongside Essential Oil Education to support your wellbeing.
