I’m so glad you’re here. My events are gentle, soul-nourishing spaces designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel truly supported – whether it’s through a day retreat, a self-care workshop, or an essential oils experience. I also offer events in your home, workplace, or community space—perfect for team wellbeing sessions, private gatherings, or a nurturing reset with friends.
Retreats and workshops are hosted by me, Sarah, or alongside other amazing women & men, held at Alive Wellness Centre and at beautiful venues across the Peak District and Sheffield. I also offer workshops in your home or workplace – I’d love to bring the magic to you!

Soothe Workshop
This beautiful SOOTHE workshop is held at Alive in Calver, Hope Valley
Starting at 6.30pm finishing at 7.45pm - £10 - free to Empowered Living Community.
This workshop allows you to slow down and learn how to soothe your nervous system with simple quick techniques using breath, essential oils, grounding, gratitude and more.

Let Go & Nourish Workshop
This beautiful day let go & nourish workshop is held at Alive in Calver, Hope Valley
starting at 6.30pm finishing at 7.45pm - £10 - free to Empowered Living Community
This workshop gives you the space to discover what you need to let go of to make space to nourish yourself.
We will dive into ways to connect in to yourself, how to let go and just as importantly how to nourish yourself!
Keeping your cup full so it is overflowing is how we want to be in the world - not giving from an empty cup!
