Take a spring walk
Pick some wild garlic
Soak in water with 2-3 drops of Doterra lemon oil
In a blender place
Seeds/nuts to soak
Salt pepper
Than ini
Lemon
Chilli
Add into it anything you wish
I sometimes also add avocado, olive oil, a drop of lemon oil
Blend up and store in a pot in your fridge
Mine doesn’t last long!!!
So delicious!!! ENJOY

The world is shifting, I can feel it, can you?
I feel my whole life I have been trying to figure things out… I have been on so many self development courses, events, workshops, retreats, read books and I have to come to the conclusion that is all the same juicy info just written/presented in a different way.
It only takes one person to say something slightly different or at a different time that something clicks within us, we get it, we grow, we expand to the next level. Then we settle at that level for a while, we (well I do!) become eager for more growth, then the beautiful cycle begins again!….. I love it and hate it, it is hard to grow but amazing when we are there!
For years I thought I was the only one who was like this but as my world has opened up I know I am not the only one, there are many many of us on this self discovery, self development journey, always wanting to expand and grow.
So I would love to share YOU with you

We get so used to our normal, life can go by so fast that sometimes we forget to stop, look around and think/feel, is this what I want to be my normal?……. Or do I want to change things around?….
What would you change in your life to make it run smoother?
Make a list of everything that would make your life easier, GO ON DO IT NOW! The small things and big things..
Now look at the list what would make the biggest difference? - Can you do something about it now?…. even if it is a small thing
Create a NEW NORMAL - What do you wish you could do?….
Make a list now, how can you work towards/make happen your wishes? Create a daily action no matter how small into your day to move closer to your wish, this will then be come your new normal, your elevated life, embody it and make a new wish list!
Create a dream ideal day
Day dreaming about your dream ideal day, getting it down on paper is really powerful!
So we all need to work (well most of us) so you need to add this into your day, but then what would you really really dream of doing in your day?….. Allow this to spark excitement
How could you start to make small changes in your daily life to live your ideal dream day? This will become your new normal!!!

We often think they need to be big things, but small everyday things can really be so dreamy!
Now feel into your dreams!
Feel into your dreams, create the experience of doing it, being it, experiencing it, feel the energy in your body as it being true now.
Take a few deep breathes and allow it to embody in you.
Jump in with 2 feet, trust, believe, know.
Smile, breathe, relax and allow!
